Manager Manufacturing
Full Time • Meriden
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production processes
- Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Monitor production output and quality to meet customer specifications and standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor manufacturing staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
Experience:
- Proven experience as a "hands-on" Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively
- Bachelor's degree in "business" preferred

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
